The standard service includes all of the following:
Data entry of pre-entries prior to the event, from entry forms, your own listings or from most flavours of database.
On the day entries direct from entry forms.
Full results listings of all finishers, with positions in age group categories included, plus up to six special categories (defined at data entry time) produced for sale after the race.
Team results listings - open, veteran, special category - calculated on finishing positions or on cumulative times.
For race series the overall positions to date can be generated after each race.
Prize-giving summaries - the first n in each sex/age group/category can be listed for prize giving ceremonies.
For larger events, interim results sheets are produced for sale after approximately 300 finishers.
BAF Road Race Return summaries are produced when appropriate, listing all entrants, and giving summaries of attached/unattached competitors, male/female and vets.
Results are posted on these pages on the day of the event.
Other facilities are available on request, ranging from a full entry acceptance service to entry form, programme and results booklet publishing and printing.
