Sometimes the EA license checker fails to respond, at these times we have to default to unlicensed. All failures will be re-checked before the event - if you are sure that you are licensed, you can ignore the warning.

Log in again as if entering the meeting again, then clear the tick against the event you want to change.
Click the box again to enter the event and add the correct PB
When done, continue to the payment page, you will only be charged if you have increased the number of events entered.

You can add/delete athletes as necessary until the closing date for entries.
Log back into the entry as if entering again, for relays confirm the number of teams entered.
You can then add to the athlete list up to the maximum entry permitted, or delete athletes by clicking on the red cross against their names. Note if you delete athletes they are removed from the entry.
Any payments already made will be taken into account when you come to pay.

The list offered on the left of the screen includes all athletes listed by EA as licensed on the date of the event. Other athletes can be entered by completing their details manually

You will receive details of the declaration process a few days before the event.

Scottish Athletics cannot give access to their licensing database. Ensure that you enter your SA number in SA12345 format (no spaces).
This should enable you to select your club from the list - if your club does not appear in the list, please email us.
